Preparation:
Slowly defrost the meat (in the refrigerator). Before frying dab off the excess juice. Sauté the meat in a preheated frying pan or grill until crispy.
Cook each side for approximately 1 minute, then continue to fry the meat very slowly for 3-5 minutes at a high temperature.
Right at the end season with salt according to taste.






  Where to use:
The meat is very suitable for the à la carte business, for banquets and lunch buffets or as a main component of a set meal. In the barbecue season it is a welcome change to other types of meat.

Grilled, marinated beef filet steaks have a very special flavour. The steak becomes very tender and remains juicy. The following is important so that the meat does not become tough:
The beef filet steaks are not salted until after grilling. Either grill on a charcoal grill or preheat on an electric grill at mark 3. Put beef filet steaks on a grill and push onto the top rail. Grill first side for approximately 8-9 minutes. Turn the meat. Grill second side for approximately 5 minutes. Then salt the beef filet steaks and serve together with barbecue sauce and baguette.
