During the Intercool 2006 DanDo Meat presented for the first time a convenience solution for Carpaccio which offers unequaled opportunities. This popular Italian meat starter is offered by the manufacturer as an already pre-cut wafer-thin frozen product with exact portions to fill a plate. This means Carpaccio is easily divided into ideal portions and can be served with a few hand movements. For the product DanDo Meat prepares the best choice fillet meat in its own factory under the strictest hygiene regulations.
"Buy the best in the world and go just a short way in order to be able to offer individual top-quality solutions to demanding customers," is the motto of the merchandising company DanDo, which has been on the market for ten years with increasing success. The DanDo merchandising company combines the two independent product specialists DanDo Meat and DanDo SeaFood.
In close cooperation with the customers from food retailing, gastronomy and large scale catering, the DanDo specialists develop products which are tailor made for specific customer requirements. DanDo manages to rapidly implement the tailor-made solutions thanks to the many years of close contacts with the production companies in the countries of origin which are maintained in particular by the owner Eric Doray. Added to this is the comprehensive specialist knowledge of the entire DanDo Meat team.
With the direct importer DanDo Meat everything is in reliable hands - from the checking of origin and breeding on to refinement. As well as shortened distances DanDo therefore also increases its possibilities of acting according to the individual wishes of the customers. The comprehensive range contains lamb from New Zealand, beef from South America, ostrich meat from the best farms in South Africa and pork and poultry from Europe.
